Building permits

How to obtain building permits, carry out a condominium apportionment process or legalisation and how to notify competent authorities of construction works without a building permit or contrary to it.

At the City of Rijeka site plans are implemented by the municipal Department for the implementation of urban planning and construction documents by issuing site development permits, change of occupancy and use permits, decisions on the determination of a building parcel, certificates of land parcellation survey and building permits.
