The Act on Subsidised Housing Construction enables credit support for the construction of family houses.

The Agency for Transactions and Mediation in Immovable Properties, in co-operation with banks, provides favourable conditions for the construction of family houses.

Basic preconditions for taking out a loan for the construction of family houses are as follows:

  1. one’s own plot of land
  2. building permit
  3. solvency.
