The procedures relating to land preparation, the forms and methods of managing land owned by the City have been laid down by the Decision on building land (OG  48/2009), the Decision whereby amending the Decision on building land (OG 14/2013, OG 4/14)  and amendments to  the Price List of building land (OG 3/15).

The tendering procedure for the sale of building land by auction has been determined by the Decision on the terms and conditions and the tendering procedure for the sale of building land by verbal bidding (auction) (OG 48/2009), while the price of building land has been fixed by the Price List of building land (OG 18/2010), and amendments to the Price List of building land (OG 13/14), in accordance with the Building land zones  (PDF, 1.313 KB) and its purpose.
