The project relating to the placement of sculptures in public urban spaces which aims to enrich the city with works of contemporary authors has been implemented since 2009.

The following parties are responsible for the realisation of the mentioned project: the Department of Culture, the Department of Urbanism, Ecology and Land Management, the Utility Services Department and artists.
