The City of Rijeka supports and finances the Community of technical culture of Rijeka and 50 associations for technical culture with about 3,000 members divided in 12 branches of technical culture.

The implementation of the programme of technical, technological and IT literacy and professional qualification directly influences the application of new technology in everyday and business life.
