Project goal: enhance the quality of educational programmes for maritime and logistics professions and adapt them to market needs.
The development of qualifications and innovative methods of acquiring competencies in logistics and maritime traffic – KIKLOP
Key activities:
- inquiry into the actual needs of the labour market in the field of maritime traffic and logistics,
- recognition and definition of new occupations
- developing a proposal for 20 occupational standards and 5 qualification standards in accordance with the principles of the Croatian Qualifications Framework,
- adopting the education offer by enhancing 5 undergraduate university studies,
- developing an environment for e-learning and
- improving teacher competency.
