Project goal: To accomplish predispositions for economic independence and the deinstitutionalization of 60 women victims of domestic violence in the Counties of Sisak-Moslavina, Lika-Senj, Primorje-Gorski kotar, as a model for employment of long term unemployed women.

  1. Selection of women victims of domestic violence (estimation of entrepreneurial competences)
  2. Deinstitutionalization programme
    – Psychological counselling
    – Education and change of qualification (ECDL; Management of House Budget; Recycling and energy saving; Pre-qualification; Basic Entrepreneurship)
    – Job Placement programme (Networking and Co-working Women Club; Individual Employment plan; Advanced Entrepreneurship; Life-skills workshops; Preparation for working; Coaching on Work Place)
    – Day Care Centre for Children
  3. Learning from good practice examples
    – Study visits
    – Local Communities Support
  4. Creating a Network of Local stakeholders
